Return / Refund Policy
Most items are eligible for return and/or refund within 30 days as long as the item is in its original packaging. Custom orders are NOT eligible for refunds nor are custom names, shirts or hats. However, if customer is unsatisfied with the product they received, they must contact the store immediately to discuss in detail a partial refund or to exchange out the item. All returning items must be arranged with customer service to accept the return. Customer will pay for return shipping.
In case of an error on my part (I am human. I do these myself and on occasion, I have made mistakes) I will re-ship your new item using the same shipping method at no cost to you and provide you a label for the return shipment. If you require the shipment to be expedited, you will need to make arrangements for the new shipment.
If you are requesting a refund, the buyer must return the item to the store. Once the store has received back the item, you will be provided a refund less the cost of shipping.
